1. How did that get there?
It was my first New Year’s Eve with my husband (then boyfriend) and we were attending a party at a friend’s house. We were a bit tipsy and we were dancing to the Beastie Boys in another room by ourselves. At the end of the song, Scott collapsed into their recliner and I leaped on top of him tipping it backwards. His instinct was to grab the wall to stop us from going all the way back and when he did, he knocked the picture hanging there off – it came crashing down on my back and glass went everywhere. We carefully crawled out of the recliner and giggled our way to the couch (we didn’t notify the people or try to clean up – that should tell you how tipsy we were). I’m sitting on their light sage colored couch when I feel something wet under me. I stood up and noticed that there was a considerable pool of blood on the couch…yep, I was bleeding from a gash on the side of my butt. That was the night of my assident...err...accident and how that scar got there.
2. What do you wish you had said to that person that time when you held it in and didn't say it?
I had a million opportunities to tell my sister I forgave her before she died and I blew every one of them.
3. What is your skin care regime?
Historically, I just use over the counter cheap stuff but a good friend of mine recently became an Arbonne consultant and, after using samples for two weeks, I just placed my first order.
4. Who would play you in the movie?
I dunno…Julia Roberts, prolly.
5. If not now, when?
Tomorrow - always tomorrow.

Of course you can play again - there are no rules, lady!

I particularly enjoyed your response about your grandpa - so sweet (I'm intriqued by his marriage to a woman he didn't love - your grandmother?)
My grandparents cared for one another, but were never "in love". I love(d) them both, but they moved into separate bedrooms (2 floors away from each other) as soon as my mom went off to college. My grandfather had his own little apartment in the basement, but they ate every meal together. It was a good match, but not a love affair by any means. She was still quite depressed when he died of cancer in 1990 - after over 50 years of marriage.
I enjoyed answering the questions - it was a lot of fun and really made me think - so thanks!
